Tracking of performance against targets
If you set targets for your business it’s important to track your performance against those targets.
Many business owners set targets for the performance of the business – you could argue (and we would) that all businesses should have targets but surprisingly there are many businesses that don’t have targets to work to.
If you do set targets, it can really help you to make decisions about the business if you measure your actual performance against those targets.
By the time the year end has passed and the accounts are prepared it’s usually far too late to do anything about it if the business or the team have under-performed during the course of the year.
If you measure your performance regularly against your targets, you have time to do something about it if you find that there are problems in any particular area of the business.
We can help you set your targets and measure your performance against those targets – we use technology where possible to give you as up to date information as possible as quickly as possible. This allows you to make any necessary changes to your business before it’s too late.

I work with Val and beyond the Numbers, because they are exactly that..more than just the numbers. They work hard to understand my business, understand the business needs that are unique to me. They then shape the support and service around those needs.
What I particularly like is that they are up for doing all sorts of support, from basic book-keeping, through to strategic challenge and insight. Trusted partners.
